1. Information Disclosure Standard

F-tech strives to disclose information quickly and transparently to all shareholders and investors. We comply with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Timely Disclosure Rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereafter referred to as the “Disclosure Rules”), and we will endeavor to disclose information that we consider to be important or useful for the investors and stakeholders to understand F-tech. We will not disclose any personal information, customer information, or information that violates the rights of any related parties.

2. Method of Disclosure

Information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules will be registered with and published on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s TD net (Timely Disclosure Network) system, and then posted on our website as appropriate. Information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules will also be disclosed widely, for example by posting it on our website.

3. Prevention of Insider Trading

We have established internal regulations to ensure the proper management of important information and to prevent insider trading, and we are making sure that all employees in the group are aware of these regulations.

4. Quiet Period

In order to prevent the leakage of information that could affect the share price, such as financial results (including quarterly results), and to ensure the fairness of information disclosure, our company observes a quiet period from the day after the end of the financial year to the day of the financial results announcement. During this period, we refrain from answering questions or making comments regarding financial results and earnings forecasts. However, if there is a significant difference between the earnings forecast and the actual results during this quiet period, we will make an announcement as appropriate in accordance with disclosure rules and our own information disclosure standards.
